Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing URSel Learning Solutions.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled for our online assessments and digital services.

Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, special conditions apply.

1. No Refund After Access Key is Delivered

Once an access key or test link is delivered to the user via WhatsApp or email, the service is considered fully provided.

Therefore, refunds cannot be issued after the access key has been delivered.

This applies to:

URSel MI Test

Aptitude Tests

Employee Assessments

Mock Tests

Any other digital access-based service

2. Refunds for Duplicate Payments

If a user accidentally makes two payments for the same test, we will process a refund for the extra payment.

Users must contact us within 24 hours with:

Payment ID

Amount paid

Registered mobile number

3. Technical Issues During Payment

If money is deducted but payment status shows failed or pending:

The amount is automatically refunded by the bank/payment gateway within 3–7 working days.

We do not control bank processing times.

If payment is successful but key not received, users must contact us with their payment ID.

4. Incorrect Details Provided by User

Refunds cannot be issued if:

The user enters the wrong WhatsApp number

The report is not downloaded

The user does not complete the test after receiving access

We will assist in re-sharing the access key to the correct number, after verification.

5. Test Not Completed / User Unavailability

No refund will be provided if:

The user does not attempt the test

The user is unavailable after purchase

The user changes their mind after receiving the key

6. Service Guarantee

In case of technical issues on our side:

A new access key may be issued

OR

The issue will be resolved promptly

Refunds will only be provided if:

The user has not received access

The issue cannot be fixed

This is extremely rare.
