URSel Learning Solutions provides online educational assessments and digital test access keys.

All our services are delivered digitally through WhatsApp or email and used through our online test platforms.

No physical goods are sold.

2. Access Keys & Test Usage

1. Each purchase provides a unique access key for one user only.

2. Access keys must not be shared, transferred, or reused by others.

3. Keys are valid only until the test is completed or as per the instructions provided.

4. Attempting to misuse or share access keys may lead to immediate cancellation of access.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate personal details during payment or registration.

Use the test access only for personal or authorized educational purposes.

Not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content of the tests or reports.

Not use our services for any illegal, abusive, or unethical purposes.

4. Payment & Pricing

All payments must be made through our secure online payment links.

Pricing may vary for schools, institutions, or promotional offers.

Once payment is completed and access key is delivered, the service is considered fully provided.

5. Reports & Results

Reports are generated based on the user’s responses.

URSel Learning Solutions does not guarantee academic or career outcomes.

Reports must be used as guidance, not as a final decision-making tool.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not applicable once the access key is delivered.

Refunds may only be provided in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.

Users must report issues within 24 hours of payment.
